I find it amazing to visit the garden now and see how much it has changed this month.
At a time when I’m preparing to cut back everything and finally toss out the remaining annuals, nature hits me one more time with its remarkable beauty.
All I have to do is stop and look closely.
The deepening hues of rose and yellow and purple intermixed with the all-season green is simply stunning.
As my garden prepares for its long-winter’s nap, here are a few of the final showstopping images and gifts it offered on up this frosty, mid-October morning.
I am grateful beyond words for Mother Nature’s continuing gifts.
Seasonal blessings.
Are you taking time to breathe in the last of the fall magic before it’s gone for good?
