This past week, one of my favorite columnists and my friend, John Schneider of the Lansing State Journal, wrote a powerful column about a woman who went beyond her comfort zone and reached out to a man clearly in need.
I’m sharing John’s words with you here because I believe this is the perfect holiday story to combat all the bad news, selfishness, call to shop, and often worthless reality television that is so much a part of today’s world.
