I made a long-overdue Sassy Fashionista trek to T. J. Maxx last night and came away with a pretty good fashion haul.
Most of it on sale, no less.
Dresses seem to be everywhere this spring and I’m all here for that.
I love dresses and skirts, and I found some lovely frocks and beachwear last night that rivaled those I’ve seen at Anthropologie, Reformation, Free People and other higher-end retailers I usually frequent.
The prices really sold me.
Including this lovely peach/green linen blend sundress from Italian brand EPIGHE DI LINO that I’m featuring with this post. I love pretty in summer. Along with sun and warmth and surf and patio dining and oodles of garden hydrangeas, pretty makes me feel extra good.

While the fabric is slightly rough, (nothing I can’t tolerate), the print is so lovely and so Italian I fell for it instantly. It went into the cart in record time. Which is good because most of what I picked up was in my favorite shades of brown.
I needed a little summer color. Mission accomplished!
This one stood out in a very stylish and girly way, and it has lined pockets!
Grazie!!!

I sometimes find that these sundresses run too small for anyone with a bust. This one does not, in part, because I think Italians are better at honoring and celebrating full-figured women than Americans are.
That’s my take anyway.
That said, it does run a bit small, so I took the larger size, the only one they had.
The fit is perfect. It makes me feel like a little Italian-villa-garden princess. Even the young, stylish salesclerk commented on this beauty, like she wished she’d found it first.
Sorry, not sorry.

I am unfamiliar with this brand. Maybe you can find it by searching T.J. or going to the company’s website. The dress was marked down from $34.99 twice to $22. I’m surprised it was still there.
I must admit that I had a moment when I looked at it and thought that if I had to own just one dress, this might be it.
Great fashion find, sassy girl.
Lucky me.
Are you adding any sundresses to your wardrobe this summer?
